Glades Haven Cozy Cabins Policies

 

Rental Policies: Reservations booked during a holiday period or during seafood festival weekend are subject to increased rates, advance pay and minimum two day rentals. Rates include bed linens ,two towel sets are set up in each unit and billed at$ 5.00 per person, per day. Towel exchange daily is turned into front desk for fresh towels If you want additional towel packs are available for $5 per set. Extra sofa bed linens are available at front desk for an additional fee.  

Rates are based on the following occupancy ratings

  • Duplex Efficency Cabin standard occupancy – 2 adults. Extra person charges of $15 per person/per night up to 1 additional person maximum
  • Cozy Cabin standard occupancy – 2adults. Extra person charges of $15 per person/per night up to 2 additional people maximum
  • Stilt Home standard occupancy – 4 adults. Extra person charges of $15 per person/per night up to 2 additional people maximum
  • Twin sized air mattresses are available for rental $20 per night, includes linens
  • Rates posted do not include 10% bedding & state tax.
  • Rates posted do not include a $5 per night booking fee.
  • Reservations are processed by hand within 24 hours and are subject to availability and suitability in terms of party size, length of stay, validity of payment type, and the terms and conditions of the stated offer. You will be notified immediately in the event there is a problem.
  • Seafood Festival Bookings are minimum two day booking and must be paid in full upon booking.
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Early and late check out may be arranged prior to arrival or departure. Subject to availability and an additional charges of $35 up to 2 hours or up to 6 pm checkout for a half day rate. Any 6 pm late checkouts include a free appetizer at The Oyster House Restaurant with a purchase of 2 dinner entrees.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any cabin or house. • A 25% or one room night minimum deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is processed within 24 hours of our receipt of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Guests must cancel 14 days prior to arrival to avoid losing the deposit minus a $35 cancellation charge. (Cancellation charge increases to $50 between Dec 20th and April 30th)
  • Inside of 14 days your deposit can be used towards a future stay in increments of up to $50 per night.
  • All short term reservations are subject to an additional $25 cancellation fee.

Monthly Rentals require a 50% deposit policy.

  • Outside of 90 days we will refund your money less a $50 processing fee.
  • From 89 to 30 days out any shortening or canceling of 8 days or more, we will retain half your deposit unless we are able to re-book the stay.
  • Inside of 30 days we will keep half the deposit.
  • Full payment for your reservation will be processed upon arrival. Once checked in, should you decide to cancel a part of your stay, your remaining funds will be applied to a future stay in increments of up to $50 a night.
  • Refunds for early checkout will only be issued if the room is re-rented at the same rate.
